Instead, you`re required to take a screenshot of each page of your documents before you can upload. Add to that a clunky, ugly interface. This app is clearly an afterthought, but you`re forced to use it all the same. This is beyond improvement, a total overhaul is all that can save this."

myMetLife Gulf (Middle East) app is designed for customers who are covered by a policy purchased from MetLife in one of the Gulf countries (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain). It’s a one-stop online customer service center with everything MetLife has to offer! Manage your account, read the latest on health, fitness, and financial wellness, and access customer service. If you have medical insurance through your employer, you can also use the app to also access pre-approvals, submit and view claims and view your ID card. If you’re eligible, the app will also help you access Wellbeing Connect and the health tracking tool.
