"Received email stating my policy renewal is ready. I opened the app, clicked on ID Cards, it only showed last years. It did ask where I wanted to save but it wasn`t really the ID Cards. Then looking at the policy, it was just a summary of last year`s. I had to log in through the internet to see my policy and print the ID Cards. App needs to be current with the internet version and ability to print actual ID Cards."
