For an app that promotes mental health one would imagine a slick non-aggrevating user experience but no, they are full of UI bugs, does not implement dark mode and will constantly log you out. It`s a glorified calendar app, I`d uninstall it in a heartbeat if only I didn`t have pending sessions with them."
