"Sadly, I cannot recommend this app. I used it every day for years and it was one of my favorites. I had journal entries, gratitude entries, activities, emotions, sleep log, etc., and then one day I opened it, and every single piece of data was gone. I didn`t delete anything from my phone or change anything, just one day it was completely blank. I wrote the dev and haven`t heard back. I`m devastated. All of those memories gone. Ironic that an app meant to help w moods has made me feel terrible."

"I`ve been using this since August 2020. I have a mood disorder so this app has been wonderful for me to track my ups/downs. It helps me see if there are any patterns; does my mood change depending on weather, who I interact with, etc. It helps me keep track of what meds I`m on and if I`ve taken them. If I get a new med I can easily add or delete a medication, it helps me see if the new medication change is helping or not. Probably my favorite app I use the most! Best app I subscribe to!"
