"Completely doing this daily is molding my subconscience and I don`t know really how because I am not able to consciously bend my lo-beta and theta brain waves, but I just had extreme MS issues and when I have high theta, that is the MS poking back out. This is honestly not CHEAP to have the $200 Muse headset and the electrode (golden wire on my scull) (the service is a therapist observation) but it has honestly been extremely helpful!"
