"How can a product be this bad??? I`ve bought and used Blue Parrot headsets for years, only replacing them due to age. The set is bought this morning, the same model I always buy, is straight garbage! The packaging quotes 90 some percent noise canceling but somehow I`m drown out with background noise, and there is absolutely NO volume at all! I am extremely disappointed with where your products have gone."

"No whoever pays attention to this at Blue Parrot just make a Bluetooth that answers calls and nothing else no apps no BS that`s all we want I`ve had blue parrots for 10 years now got this new 550 and it is the biggest piece of garbage I`ve ever had stop adding stuff you don`t need a button to answer and hang up volume up and down that is it you do not need anything else"

Well I bought 550 headset and there are even bigger garbage in the first pair I had bought both pair fell apart broke into pieces the second pair which is with brand new out the box in like 3 days plastic broke apart and fell out the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting everyday every time I get a call I`m done this product clearly was made in China"
