I`ve really tried to use the workout tracker and I can`t get it to work. screen freezes and it won`t progress to next screen."

I understood more about how to use the app within 10 days of exchanging emails with the owner than in almost two years of asking various YMCA employees for help. Now on to the not-so-great part. The app itself, at least in the form it`s been configured for the Pierce-Kitsap County YMCAs, is horrid. There are no user directions at all, and no matter how much a user combs through all the parts, she will never figure it out. Even after getting help from the authors, the app is difficult to use and understand. It`s illogical."
