"Overall it`s a good camera but the only thing I don`t like is the fact that you have to constantly pay to get continuous video recording otherwise it just shows three picture clips of picked up motion. It has good features though and you can get video recording if you pay for it but I paid for the camera so I don`t think I should have to pay monthly for it to record. But for the most part it`s a good camera if you just want it to be the camera"

"Right now 4/13/22 can`t open app. Worked fine earlier. I get white home screen, nothing else. I`m getting notifications but when I click on them to try to see something it won`t open. I`m paid up for a year on the 1 camera I have set up in my cat shelter. I rescue cats & this worked perfectly for the 1st week. But I have to reinstall every other day. This app is garbage when I need it to open it doesn`t 5/24/22. They need to fix it!"

"For cheap security camera when you need one real quick it`s okay but the app sucks. Don`t waste the money and just go for Ring or Simplisafe.... The netvue app is worthless. Trying to see if I can make it work with another company. Trying to catch people doing things around my house and can`t even review the footage without the app crashing on me. Can`t review motion detection events , it crashes or starts playing AFTER the event regardless of what time in the footage I rewind to."

Here of late, the app is constantly crashing, making it not possible to view cameras. If this is not soon resolved, I will have to cancel my subscription and find another camera alternative for monitoring our barns. :("
