"The app used to be fine but it`s been almost impossible to use lately. Similar issue with other reviewers here: constantly stuck at the login page, and unable to login despite multiple attempts. I sometimes need to close and reopen the app multiple times before I`m able to login, and even then I`m unable to perform any tasks/transactions. I`ve just tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but to no avail."

"When opening the app on a new phone, it forces me to activate One Token then disabled my login for 12 hours (there was no option to skip the One Token activation, and I didn`t get a warning for the 12 hours lockout). This is terrible since I urgently needed to do some last minute transfers. I can`t even login via website anymore. Do you not think if this issue when forcing this onto your users? Guess I now have to do the transfer with another bank."
