"Downloaded the app to skip the Doordash middle man, turns out you still receive the order through Doordash but lose the Doordash customer service when the restaurant makes a mistake with your order. No customer service at all, never have received a response and have had multiple issues with missing items from an order. Just use one of the other apps if you want delivery."

"They launched their own app and then they limited the options on doordash. Their app is poorly designed (keyboard blocks next) and they don`t have delivery. And once you`ve ordered, you cannot cancel through the app and the phone number leads to someplace where you hear one ring and then you get disconnected. This is a scam, do not use this app."

"Please fix saved payment method issues. It wouldn`t process payment for my card so I went to reenter it which didn`t work because it said it was already there but it wouldn`t let me delete or edit. Finally it showed and I deleted it but I was still getting the same error message that it was still there. I eventually got it to save and process after about about 5 tries but was very frustrating."
