The they would not cancel my order or switch it to delivery once requested according to their phone system only to find out it is impossible to do so. Wasted food, wasted money. App is very buggy. *** I just found out you can use Doordash or Uber eats and cancel if something goes wrong, luckily my bank gave me my money back. 10/10 would not recommend this app or restaurant."

"Downloaded the app to skip the Doordash middle man, turns out you still receive the order through Doordash but lose the Doordash customer service when the restaurant makes a mistake with your order. No customer service at all, never have received a response and have had multiple issues with missing items from an order. Just use one of the other apps if you want delivery."
