"App will charge fees, refuse to tell you about them, then charge a late fee on top of it. Also the $50 friend referral doesn`t work, my friend signed up using the referral link, it`s been almost two months and neither of us have received it. This company will nickel and dime you for fees, and customer support refuses to explain or do anything about them. Shady business."

"Service needs a lot of work. It`s far from the solution to affordable housing that it touts itself. The only time you`ll receive fast and speedy service is when you owe money. I stayed in a three bedroom house chopped up to fit nine people lol. The ``clean and modern rooms`` aren`t really that modern and accumulated dust doesn`t count as unclean to them. I give it a star because it came in handy in a pinch but in hindsight for the price I was better off staying at a hotel with better service."

"For ``Galaxy A03`` (android) one you get toward the booking process it glitches/bug & sends you back to the starting point. Unable to process payment because of this . Same problem with (sign up process) getting towards verifying proof of income .. it`ll do the same thing . I`m not sure if this is just for this model phone in particular ,or Androids periods ,or just any other particular device . But it needs to be fixed immediately , this interferes with businesses !!!!"

"UPDATE (9.11.22): APP IS STILL MALFUNCTIONING EVEN WITH LATEST UPDATE!!! I, in good faith, cannot recommend nor change my rating to a higher one because it is not a usable app. I`ve tried uninstalling & reinstalling multiple time and it still does nothing!!! Like many others, the app will not open at all. I initially moved in my room and the app worked fine, but now it does nothing at all. Will consider changing my rating if PadSplit can provide members with a working app!!!"

And these rooms have no locks on the outside of the door. The houses are older than they appear in the pictures, unless it has been newly renovated. Ummm yeah no."
