Your complicated digital coupons, digital sales, and unobtainable prices are going to send this lifetime fan elsewhere to shop. Even your employees can`t help with this. Too complicated. I`ve watched 3 large orders melt onto the floor in the past 4 months while frustrated employees try to navigate your system. If they can`t help, how are we ever going to get it to work?"
