"Why not put a scanner at stations for black card amenities? Then the front desk can just override when it gets busy if you don`t want anyone sitting at a station. "Not an easy app for beginners. I`ve done gym work before but it`s been forever. I can`t figure out which machines I should use. The workout tutorials are by name and alphabetical(good job on that) but there`s no real way to filter out by what I (as the consumer) want to work on for myself. Ex. If there was a filter... I would choose the tags ``beginner`` and the part of my body that I want to target ``legs``. For a company that wants people to be comfortable in their gym I`m intimidated by the app."

"I haven`t even opened the app once, and am uninstalling it now. After reading reviews saying how you get push notifications and are not able to turn them off I`ll never use it. Stop spamming your customers! It`s a disgusting practice, and you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself. 47 of the last 50 reviews are 1 star. That`s how bad y`all are doing at your job. Maybe it`s time for new management, as who ever is in charge of this app now is doing a terrible job."

Not only do they do their best at showing you around the gym but will go out of their way to help . And after realizing I made 2 payments for same month Eric had no problem handling my mistake... Wf Pf is very clean & staff is amazing !!! You get alot at PF for a really good price ."
