"I can`t restore my access. I tried reseting my password but it kept sending me to the logging page and didn`t send me an email with a reset link like most apps do. Then I tried to restore it through a free access and it said it went through but it didn`t. The only reason why I logged out was so the answers to the questions wouldn`t ALL be the last option."
