There should be options to delete d/L`s older than X date, or hold only N downloads for a podcast at a time (deleting older ones to maintain the count as new ones are downloaded). Podcast Addict has this, as an all-podcast default and for each podcast. Really helps out for devices with limited RAM. Maybe it`s there, if so, I haven`t been able to find it."

"I loved using Podbean for years, but as of the last year or so, I have no enjoyed it. Finally decided to uninstall today and look elsewhere, as no updates have fixed it from skipping multiple minutes backwards in every podcast, and it happens on every different podcast I listen to. Reading the other reviews on here shows a similar story, so it`s not me, it`s you. Sorry, developers, you got over a year of patience and a lot of slack from me, but no longer... :("
