"Although there is some criticism of the app itself (it is a new release and it HAD some issue initially), the important aspect is whether the rehab programs work or not. They do, and they are extraordinarily effective. I`ve completed a Rehab and Prehab programs for a meniscal tear, chondromalacia patellae and neck/midback. The meniscal tear is no longer a problem; the patellar issue is now just a 2/10; the shoulder impingement is gone. So definitely recommend."
