"I booked for myself and my partner to go to a shared session together and booked a guest booking only. We go in and they say only my partner can go in because I booked the guest booking only and not gym floor booking too. Surely guest booking implies me and my guest together?? That is not communicated well at all in the app. Normally the guest can`t go in without the gym member so why is it different in the app? Left feeling pissed off. Covid lvl 2 for reference"
