The deli staff could care less with the exception of one who took the initiative to fill my online order that was placed 45 minutes prior to my arrival.The staff working the sub counter the evening of 3/15/23 definitely need some improvement. What`s the sense in online ordering if you still have to wait 20 min for your order?"

BEWARE or you`ll show up to find an order larger or smaller than your reorder history. Not trustworthy. Plus deli workers are the worst at Publix."

"Overall good app although I can`t order vegetarian subs only vegan. So I have to go into the store or call on the phone anyway since the subs menu won`t let me add things like ranch or mayo to the ``vegan`` subs. If I go in store I can change it, but it kind of totally defeats the purpose for the app for me. And If I`m in any regular sub I can add the vegan ranch or whatever but not the other way around. As a vegetarian I really can`t get what I want through the app as far as subs and wraps"
