"SLOW!!!!!! It takes 30+ seconds to load each time I select something. 30+ seconds to transition to the next screen is ridiculous. The website is the same way! Very very slow. And REMOVE THE SIGNATURE FEATURE!!! The pharmacy makes me physically sign every time so it`s a waste of time and effort to do it on the app. AND ADD A DRIVE-THRU PICK UP OPTION. Most Publixes around me have drive-thrus."

It is utterly useless for me to have to re-set up my whole account for the convenience of using your app every time I need to refill the prescription. Guess I`ll just delete the app and keep calling it in, I`m sure the pharmacy staff appreciates more calls in orders."

The techs get mad when they ask for who and we say we don`t know. Just 3 are ready. Then we have to look all 7 names up. Every time you switch screens it lags and glitches and then have to start over"

I have to go the long, long way around through the regular publix icon and scroll down to publix pharmacy on the side bar menu, then it comes up. Then I have to quickly hit the google play link on the next publix page. Then I press Open. If I search for Publix pharmacy inside Google play, it returns zero hits, nothing to be found. This app is not good enough to be a Publix app. Please fix this issue."

"The app continually tells me my password has expired and gives me no way to set a new one. It loops me into password reset using secondary authentication and then says their system is broken and to call customer service. Customer service number leads to a voice message saying they are closed. Honestly 2 stars may be a little high."
