"I agree with all of the other people providing 1 star reviews, I would have given negative Stars if allowed. I heard that the annual subscription fee had gone up again so I canceled my subscription. They have become part of what I call ``The Great Annual Subscription Ripoff!`` In 2019 the fee was $40 now it is $60 THAT IS A 45% INCREASE IN LESS THAN 5 YEARS!!! There are plenty of other options on the market. Quicken should take care of their customer base instead of trying to Swindle them."

"Something has gone wrong recently with the mobile app and its syncing with my desktop. I end up with duplicated transactions. Previously reconciled balances need to be reconciled. I will now unfortunately only use the desktop version. I`m tired of fixing sync errors and restoring backups."

"I decided to get a subscription for my new desktop since my old software was not supported and I couldn`t upload the backup file. $36/year to use as a basic register. No uploads or downloads, I am just keeping track of my accounts. Turns out I have to upgrade to even manually enter transactions. Horrible!! Wont renew or buy again. Update: Sucks even more. Can`t even sign in on my Chromebook. Horrible app. Bring back the old software. The subscription madness is stupid."
