"Like so many of the other complaints, the app doesn`t resume where you left off. Rather it reruns the previous 20 minutes or so before continuing. It also doesn`t download your purchases. What`s even worse is this is a proprietary app you don`t know that`s required until it`s too late. The best part is customer service provided a quick refund. I suggest you do the same."

There is a button to download the book but I`m not sure if I have it downloaded or not. Pressing the button again doesn`t make any change. I`m hoping this continues to improve. "I cannot download the book inside of the app. I cannot move the cursor to halfway through a chapter without the app freezing and having to be reset. It does not work with other media players and crosses over a bunch. I would love to listen to the book I paid for on my own media player but does not seem possible as I cannot download the book to my phone."

"Buggy app. There are no settings options to dictate data/wifi preferences (it downloaded the book using my data instead of using my WiFi connection). It drained my data. Since I pay for data separate and rely mostly on wifi, this was a bit irritating. There was also no progress bar on the download, so I don`t think it fully downloaded the book. While listening, the book just stopped. And I can`t progress further than a certain time stamp. Stuck in chapter 7. Disappointing."

"This is like a Beta version with lots of bugs still needing resolution. The audiobook does not always resume where you left off, seemingly randomly jumping back and forward. There is no bookmark feature. The fast-forward and rewind buttons do not work properly. The chapter headings are incorrect and sometimes simply do not change, even as you progress through the book. You cannot use the table of contents to navigate. Ramsey needs to fix this. I won`t be buying another audiobook this way."
