"I`m trying to transfer money to my Gazelle account but my bank isn`t listed on ``Plaid``. I don`t understand why there is no way to manually input a routing and account number. They are holding 2500 of my money after my account was closed. These people have like numerous times about saying a check was mail out and bs of 7-10 days when it been well over 6 week so I decided to take it a little further because I was getting no where with these people. Beware you been warned stay away!"

"I was really excited about this app and excited to add money to the account once I got my card. However, It would not allow me to do a bank transfer the traditional way. I ended up having to put the money that I wanted to transfer onto cash app and move it to my gazelle account from there. There is no biometrics option so you have to login every time which is inconvenient. But what really made me have to put this one star is I put almost $500 in this account. My card only works at certain stores"

"The more and more I use gazelle the less impressed I get. As a debit card it`s fine I haven`t been denied anywhere, but it really doesn`t seem to live up to the Ramsey name. For starters I`m married and I can`t properly use the card as there is no joint account ability. Ramsey solution teaches to have a joint account. There`s also no way to mobile deposit checks. People still get paper checks. There`s also no way to write a check. I need to write a check to pay rent. I can`t out of this account."

"I decided to change over to Gazelle to avoid bank fees. I signed up earlier this week and had my check deposited into the new account. I thought doing so would be fine since they have the link account option, so I would be able to transfer money to my old bank until my debit card gets here. I was wrong. It keeps giving me an error message when I try to connect banks. Now I have money in this account that I won`t be able to access for another week."
