"This is by far my go to service in uptown New York City. They always say 2 minutes when i call and when I`m far Into the Bronx it may go up to 5 minutes . I just took a cab and received the message of an app available and I can`t be happier about using it on my way home."

"The app itself is fine when it works. But if you try to order a ride paying with a card, and they cannot initially find an available driver, you will be charged anyway. This has happened to me several times & the ``pending charges`` stay on my account for 4-6 DAYS (making those funds unavailable) until the company finally finalizes things and/or cancels the faulty charges. NOT good."

When he arrived he wouldn`t open the door and said that he wasn`t going to Brooklyn foe thw amount I was quoted on the app. I was appalled. I flagged down a yellow taxi and am in it as I write this review. Never again."
