"I have had nothing but problems with this app being super glitchy on my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Other friends report the same. Each time I reach out to Roo, I am told to use a web browser with a cleared cache, so it`s clear that they know the app is poorly designed. Disappointing for the service it provides to expect access to PC`s for locum vets/techs."
