"The app is stuck on the first screen .. even when I input my email and password to it won`t open the app up, just refreshed to sign in page have tried uninstalling and re install and that hasn`t worked eather . Also, it would have been nice if I could have got my DnA kit Before my subscription timer started. . cause right now I am paying for a subscription service I don`t have access too.... I hope I can be credited for the time it takes to actually get my DnA kit/results..."
