"If I could leave 0 stars I would. My joint account was placed under review but not before I placed $500 cash in the account. The account being closed is not the issue. But due to this all funds in the account cannot be transferred out. The issue is that I did this back in the beginning of February 2023 and the account still has not been closed and I have not been returned my $500 as of May 2023."

One bad thing is that their filtering of transactions seems broken b/c I can`t find some transactions unless I look at statement.
