Edit: The developers reached out to me to understand “what I’m referring to.” I provided them with a breakdown of the ludicrous number of steps (a dozen or more) and “required” information (email address, phone number, location, credit card, first and last name). It reminded me how much of a PITA this app is to use the first time—it’s more than likely fine after all of the setup hurdles have been cleared. But if you think you’re going to download this app to casually order coffee, you’re in for an unpleasant surprise."

"Love the store, not happy with the app though. As others have mentioned, there`s a big that prevents things from being added to the cart. I have this issue intermittently and usually when I reinstall it (on a Pixel 1 XL), it works for one or two orders and then stops. My partner has the app on her iPhone 11 and has had no issues with it though."
