But for exempel, advanced deep it dosn`t say how to breath out. I guess its out the mouth, but still kind of messed up in my opinion. Please write in the same way on every exercice so it dosn`t get missleading"

"I was incredibly thrilled to use this app until I read about their fire breathing :( Somehow by using hard breathing, we can increased life force energy which they claimed ``SUPPORTED BY MEDICAL DOCTORS.`` Then went on to explain - foods we eat changed to glycogen or blood sugar which later oxidized with O2 - you mean Glyconeogenesis, Glycolysis, and Oxidative Phosphorylation via Aerobic Pathways?! What does that have anything with hard breathing and it`s still NOT SUPPORT BY MEDICINE!!!!!!"
