"Update 3/14/2023 They have changed the notification sound to a extremely loud fire alarm so getting a notification in the middle of the night that the system went offline scares the $h!+ out of you thinking your house is on fire. Stupid idea there swan. Still not fixed 》 Every update they break something. This is the 3rd time in a row the app has updated and the notifications have broken... what`s the use in having a security system if you can`t get notifications when it is triggered?"

"App is useless. The security cameras record fine, but on the app it stutters to the point of being unusable. My internet isn`t a problem since i can get a smooth feed from my other cameras Can`t get through to support either. Their chat doesnt put you through to anyone. Just has you go on a loop through options that don`t relate to your problem. Tried calling but no one calls back. Avoid the app, it`s not worth it. Just stick with the recorder and some remote viewing app if you can"

I want a refund but it`s too hard to pull it all out of the roof and install another system. Thanks a lot, Swann for screwing me over. I have never been able to successfully download a video properly to my phone and it doesn`t record videos right anyway, it cuts off most of the important parts of the footage. The cameras are just for show. All 8 of them."
