"No good for beginner`s. Piss poor exercise examples just rushed through in the gym one day. A few seconds of recorded repetitions with no explanation at all. This is the main reason I gave it 1 star. It`s fluffed up with a few of his YouTube videos and it also doesn`t have a categorised exercise library to study. You can switch exercises but the loading each exercise into your plan to view it is a drawn out function. Very poor rushed out app. C`mon Mike you can do much better than this"
