DESCRIPTION
The ScanApp is used by Tiqets` partners to verify tickets. After ticket verification has taken place, the partner can allow a customer entry into a venue or access to an event.
Ticket verification can be carried out by the optical scan of a code or manual lookup of an alphanumeric string. ScanApp is network fault tolerant, storing scans conducted when the user`s device is offline, and synchronising these with Tiqets once the network has been restored.
This app cannot be used by members of the public; an activation code is required to use the app.
