"Not reliable at all, safe zomes doesn`t seem to work very well and the update time seems to be about every 8-10 min. If you live near a busy road or anywhere in the city this can be bad. Also i moved the safezone away from our home and the app after 4 hours still hasnt notified us that our dog is outside the safezone. Im sending this deviece back. Not worth a monthly service fee if it doesn`t work. Nice idea, I wanted it to work. Dissapointed."

"Meh. This app I guess is still fairly new. It needs a lot of work. Cant really refresh it to see the battery level. I dont get notifications when my dog has left the safe zone until much later or its inaccurate (Yes I made sure the notification for that was on). I walked to my dogs kennel at 2a.m to make sure he was there since the app said he was out of the safe zone and across the street, yet he was in his kennel. Hopefully updates will come"

"When I open the app it asks for my fingerprint. But no fingerprint indicator pops up on where to place my finger. It takes fooooorrrreeeevvvveeerrr to even open the app. The safe place is such a broad area that they can escape my backyard and I still wouldn`t know until they are long gone."

"8 months since I last reviewed the syncup pets and its only been worst. I have had nothing but problems with the tracker and continue to do so even after replacing it. Fully up to date but unable to last for more then an hour. No point in having it if it wont even work!"

"I Think if u made it more like a multi purpose tool. That was engaging. And personable it would be more effective. try giving people health goals with their pets. It needs to be more engaging. I feel like if u had the option for more exercise ideas and goals. With a better tracking ability. Maybe even the ability to store music for easy on the go running. Blue tooth capabilities for head phones. People would go crazy over it. Gives them a way to include their companions in on the fun."

"I keep getting notices that the devices offline! what good is a device if it is offline? If my dog goes outside safe zone while offline it`s not going to tell me that he`s left. I have well over 8 hours dealing with customer service at T-Mobile trying to resolve issues with this I wish I had never even considered buying. Notifications driving me crazy device offline. No it won`t let me into the app because I need to update it but it won`t update. Even uninstalled, then re-installed the app."

"This device has 1 job and can`t do it. I suspect any good review has never actually used it to track a lost animal. Calls to support trying to fix since March 2020 and they still haven`t fixed it, running me in circles they say it`s fine as is but enabling ``tracking mode`` has zero effect how the tracking works, you get location every 10 minutes, dogs travel far in 10 minutes. There is no history, no way to mass clear alerts, no option to alert and auto enable tracking when disconnected from WiFi"

"Wow thanks for nothing T-Mobile. I live on a farm and sometimes my dogs really wonder far. When I got the device the app didn`t work. The app would come on act like it`s running and then just close itself out. Long story short the app only works on android 7.0 and higher! It wont work on my phones. You would think they would create something that works on all of their phones. Or at least check for compatability before I ordered it. Failing grade T-mobile. Failing grade."

"Originally I couldn`t figure out why the app kept crashing repeatedly on the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, factory unlocked non-T-Mobile Edition the fix I discovered is to allow all permissions with no restrictions by going into the app info screen clicking on permissions, and allowing everything failure to do this will cause issues with Sync UP Pets Wi-Fi set up, tracking features, data retrieval, and light activation. I hope this info helps as my pets device now functions flawlessly as intended."

"Where is alarm if dog leaves safe zone? A notification is dangerous, unless you have your phone and your looking at the app your pet could be long gone. Returning before my dog is lost, also very short battery life"

"Goes off line multiple times a day in the notifications for it going offline are annoying, now I can`t even log into the app because it says I need an updated app but when I click the update button it goes back to Google Play store and asked me to open it or uninstall! then I open it and tells me I can`t open it because I need to update the app. I`m in it endless loop of hell. I have spent more hours on the phone with customer support then I spent actually doing my job last week. Beyond frustrat"
