"Today is Sept 1 2022 and at the moment since Verizon bought TracFone the app has malfunctioned to the point of being not usable buuuuuutttttttt....... You paid for this in plan and should be fixed ASAP! We love service but only when it`s working, and I will change rate as soon as you fix issue. Thanks"

"The $30 plan used to be great because it included $20 of international calling credit. Recently simple mobile pulled a cheap stunt and the dialer now asks for a stupid PIN number. I`ve been unable to call for the whole month. Now looking for my account number and pin so I can find a new carrier"

"I wish I had seen all the reviews before I got myself into this mess with Simple Mobile. It was advertised for $60 I can make unlimited international phone calls. For that reason I switch up from my usual $40/month to the $60. Worst mistake ever. It is only unlimited if you are calling mexico and Canada and 200 minutes if you are calling guatemala only. Don`t get into that scam people. It will not work. I repeat, it will not work."

"They`re thiefs! I added $10 to the stash to give it an international try because my boss revolution wasn`t going thru. It didn`t work, but the stash is not on my acct any longer now my phone is deactivated for no apparent reason, customer service don`t know why and can`t help me, they want me to call Trac phone, this is the second time this as happened, within minutes someone else got my phone number, I had to fight to get my phone number back. I need to sue simple mobile for lost of business, there`s no excuse for the second time. As am writing this review customer service can`t find my phone number and my phone have been recycled back into the system even my service end date is not till Dec 4, three weeks from now. Am tired of their customer service, they`re clueless."
