"My experience it was crazy I could not even get it to go in to use my phone at first once I got it in then it did not want me to log in or anyting I had to cut it off and let it stay off for a couple of days and then when I cut it back on my service was on then I can have them number to the phone then 4 hours later I had a number but now the phone is working fine I can get everything except my points and that sucks"

"I have had a horrible experience with this company 1st of all I bought a phone and a service plan and because of whatever technical difficulties they said my pin had already been redeemed so I lost a whole $40 plan on that one had to buy a new one. 2nd, I tried to port my number from another company but it`s 3 weeks later and it`s still ``in progress`` another $40 plan wasted. And forget a live person helping you , it`s not gonna happen. RIP OFF!!"
