"Very clunky. Entering dates for passports is done in the least efficient way possible, having to scroll through days of the month. Scanning the passport failed three times so I gave up. Then found I`d got a date wrong but there was no way to edit! You have to delete and start again. I think 3 stars is being generous."

Even the video trying to show it`s positives does not load from within the app from Trailfinders page and just shows a photo and plays music. It really needs sorting out for travellers relying on it. In addition having to be sent a code every time you use it is no good when there is no phone signal."

After inserting that it asks if you want to use Biometric info stored on the phone. In case of answer yes it sends you back to the page that asks for one time code, in case of answer no it does the same... Au unsolvable loop.... :-("
