"This app changed my password without my knowledge and when I try to get it to send a new link to change the password, I never get the email link. I have had to have the gym reinstall this junk app, twice now. I am up the third time being locked out of the app as of writing this. I will need to have the gym reinstall the app yet again since they are the only ones with the membership numbers that need to be entered too."

"Showed up to the Keizer location and it was locked up tight. You guys have signs posted everywhere to please vote and help you be the #1 gym. You`re definitely not getting my vote. I pay for the amenities, yet 75% of the time your workers are sitting in an office and not at the front desk. They act put out when I ask for a hydro bed or tanning bed. Again, not getting my vote."
