"Have been using Kyte for a while now, I would`ve given them 5+ stars until they decided to charge a `young driver fee` in NY which makes them more expensive then traditional rental companies (which allow the under age fee to be waived through memberships at AAA etc). Also they don`t include minimum liability insurance which is included at most major rentals. The upside is the convenience and service, so far I had a wonderful experience every time."

I tried the live chat with an ``average response time of 25 minutes`` and five hours later I was told that their third party payment system blocked my cards with no further explanation whatsoever. They suggested I try another card. I only have two that work literally everywhere else, how many cards am I supposed to keep on me? And of course they don`t accept PayPal or anything similar."

I was able to update my `return location` to be near the airport, which saved me an Uber fare. Both delivery and pick up were on time, and the `surfers` were very courteous. This will be my go-to rental. Keep up the awesome experience!"

I had my mom go to move the car but it was towed. So I went the next day but they wanted a notarized letter from Kyte giving me permission to pick up the car. Instead Kyte disabled my account and still hasn`t picked up the car. My 2 expensive gaming laptops are in the car along with unreplaceable items. Two week"
