"The favorites section is the only way to organize desired material, but even with that, there`s no option to sort favorites; defaults on being sorted by the date added to the list. It`s a pain to find what you`re looking for despite adding it on to a favorite list. Furthermore, anything you favorite is on the same list, whether it`s an antibiotic, a pathogen or diagnosis. Better off just searching again."
