"So they do a hard pull on your credit score without warning for opening a checking account. The inquiry stays on your record for 3 years. This is beyond ridiculous and actually criminal. You`re better off with ANY other financial institution even Big Banks like Chase or Wells Fargo. You`ll get a higher APR too. USC has a funny way of screwing Alumni. I`m seeking legal action and filed a complaint with NCUA but avoiding this in the first place would have been easier."
