"I absolutely hate this company and their app is as ridiculous as the rest of their tools for investing. They require an authorization code to be sent to phone on file, so if your phone breaks, you cannot use another method to log in which is ridiculous. If this is to protect customers, it`s an easy identity theft waiting to happen. Their website takes you in circles and makes it impossible to take care of business. I`m glad that I`m closing my accounts; they have driven me crazy long enough!"
