I even changed phones and service providers for a better experience and it gas not helped. The bugs need to be fixed immediately to keep customer and user satisfaction."

"The worst and the most greedy and the most cheating company to work for. They charged me $28 for 1099K processing fee. I picked up and drop off 1 trip(around $30) and they charged me investigation fee because the payment was fraudulent and didn`t pay me at all. So they explained it as investigation on my behalf. No maps on app. They don`t reimburse no-show fee. They treat you exactly like yellow taxi companies. They are very disrespectful to drivers. Extremely backwarded app/company."
