"This app used to track my steps, workouts, sleep, etc. Starting in 2023 I didn`t realize it had stopped doing that. I am extremely busy the first 4 mths of the year, so I was shocked when I discovered in May nothing had been tracked. Support told me you now have to open the app at least once every 2 weeks for it to track. I get money in my HSA based on points and asked what I could do to recover 4 months of data and was told they couldn`t help. I just lost that money. Real disappointing☹️"

"Don`t even bother if you don`t have iPhone. They don`t support many other interfaces well at all, , including Samsung. The desktop version doesn`t allow you to enter data--even when you can`t sync from phone/watch. Also manual entry doesn`t get you the points you will need to qualify for insurance discounts. Virgin Pulse should step up their game. And companies wanting to use this with their employees should keep looking."

"App it`s self is easy to use. The unfortunate thing is it doesn`t fully sync to my galaxy watch! So I have to imput everything! Not a bad thing but would be way more convenient if I didn`t have to! If I could Sync my sleep steps ect to the stats and habits it would be so nice!
