"Fantastic app to help manage with anxiety! After you write down your worries, you can set a time to solve and then reflect on each worry - after just a couple days of use, I realised that every worry always has a solution and so it`s a massive waste of energy & time to stress over!! :) would definetly recommend. The Pro WorryTree has an amazing gratitude section which is also lovely, it makes you sit and reflect on all the tiny joys of life that we often forget throughout the day."

"It`s helped me so much in life Edit: Revised, this app helped me when i was going through so many hard things in life, now of course greed is a disease. The idea that mental health tools is hid behind a pretty expensive paywall is gross. Why not create a different paid app specifically for therapy sessions. Seeing them lock mental health tools that you can get for free anywhere behind a paywall is something else man...i respect the hustle but that`s just inappropriate. I removed two stars."

"Just downloaded and used the app for the first time. Looks good and helped me think about my worries and formulate a plan of-sorts. Good luck and thank you for making the app."

"I love this app, it`s so easy to use and most importantly, really effective. It gives me control and makes me feel like I`m proactively tackling any stresses rather than sitting on them and letting them get worse."

"I usually find it difficult to actually use the cbt techniques i learnt in therapy but by having an app for it really helps. A cute suggestion that I have for if the app gets updated: it would be really cool if like after resolving a worry their would be a visual of a tree growing or something like that"

"Super simple yet super helpful. It helps me stay calm and realize that everything will be okay if I just take it slowly. It really deserves more reviews than it has, it`s an amazing app."

"I personally use the gratitude journal more to get in the habit of recognizing the good in each day. However the actual worry process section has been useful on occasion - would definitely recommend"

"This app is really exactly what I need in my life. Its simple, but really well designed I think. I subscribed for access to the other features, but even with just the worries bit so far, it`s been really helpful for me."

"This app is so simple, wonderful and functional at the same time. When I am worrying something, I just write it on this app, and then I feel much better. In addition, I also use this app as an ``acceptance journal``. For example, when I regret something I have done in the past, I write it here and accept it as a fact. Thus, this app accomodates ``worry, regret, shame, and vulnerable``."

"The app is excellent. I`ve seen complaints about the cost, but it`s not greed - far from it. Parts are totally free, and at roughly £15 per year, it`s affordable for almost everyone in the UK. The business must have operating costs, so I`m happy to pay it. Perhaps there could be an option to sponsor the cost of someone who can`t afford it. But yes, making CBT exercises digitally accessible transforms the effectiveness of the techniques for me."
