"I love the app because we are so far from our branch but routinely run into problems with the mobile upload. I literally just had to try 4 times to upload a check because the system can`t recognize the difference between the front and back of a check. It is SUPER annoying to have to retake pictures multiple pictures. Update: Jan 2022, I just tried the same check 6, SIX, different times before the app recognized the back image of the check. Not fixing this knocked off a star!"
