"Great app, switched from another brand to get a Verizon card which seems to work well in the whole New England area over at&t which coverage can be more spotty. The only recommendation I`d make is a food counter on the main page. We use the journal now to keep track to make sure our girl doesn`t fib the other parent into a second breakfast but it`d be nice right on the main page for the dog to plus / minus food in .5c increments."

"Hugely frustrating. They refuse to listen to their customers. The app interface is very poorly designed and horrible to use. There`s nothing intuitive about the features. Imagine if Fitbit gave more page space to a photo of you, than the actual data you want to see. Useful functionality is hidden behind icons that are difficult to find. There`s no way to check the battery level. Unless you`re in America, the map functionality doesn`t work. Please don`t waste your money on this app."

"Downloaded it to my S9 plus. Couldn`t sign up or login with facebook. A window briefly appears then disappears. When i sign up, it wants my picture and my dogs picture. I get it, but it should be optional. I dont want my photos online. Then it wants my dogs birthday. I get that puppy owners would know, but my dog was a rescue. A lot of this stuff should be optional. Nice app, but SOOOO buggy! I think the worst part is that, they are trying to eliminate the second hand market. You cannot sell these as they are PERMANENTLY tied to your dog. So NO re-selling. This is corporate greed. There is NO reason to do this."

"This is so awesome works just like I wanted. The tiny transmitter attaches with cable ties to the collar so isn`t going anywhere. I like that I can add to my daycare`s WiFi so not only does that extend the battery life which so far is still 76% charged after over a week but makes a safe space. I get great tracking with either one of the three carriers! And the health tracking! OH Yeah customer support within the app. FAR superior to other trackers I have tried! I am totally convinced!! GET ONE!"
