"HORRIBLE SUPPORT, HORRIBLE PLATFORM! I placed a few listing with a transparent background. Only for then to made public two days later with a horrible unprofessional black background. They dont offer me the option to change it myself to images with a white background. They told me to send them the images with a white background for them to correct the listing. Over a week later and they have done nothing! They say they take up to 48 hours to resolve the issue even though it is extremely simple."

"Horrible company. Do not buy from this company. I purchased a $1400 YSL bag from a seller that was supposed to be new and unused with a dust bag. When I received the item, the trademark emblem was very scratched, the bag was scuffed, and no dust bag. They would only offer me to send the bag back so they could re-inspect it. Then if they felt it met the seller`s description it would be relisted for sale under my account. If it didn`t meet the seller`s description only then would they refund me."

"Everything is nearly perfect for me on this marketplace. But! BUT! The dumbest thing is they are removing background from your item`s main photo by some AI wich leads to unpredictably ugly looking listing, on top of it they can easily change wich photo to use as main!!! And you can`t change it, you can`t redact your listing after it`s submitted, and they will take some credibility points off of your account if you would remove this ugly looking listing!
