"It REALLY took a WHILE to dial these ear buds in swap pads and ear canal grommets out several times just to be able NOT to drop and lose these new fangled things. i prefer LG. My husband liked airpods, so he decided on these. They looked good on paper. In practicality, not so much. "My fiance got me these headphones as a Christmas gift and I`ve found the app easy and intuitive for the most part. The only complaint I have is that there isn`t a way to completely turn off the voice assistant activation so if I ever cup the left side of the headphones, the voice assistant will automatically activate and interrupt what I`m doing."
