It not only marked the pick up point a walk away I was not healthy enough to take, but the keo ride left without me. I was trying to get a keo ride because I`m not well enough to walk. Then it left before I got to it. I was feet away. Now I have no way of getting to my destination on time and I have to walk with my unhealthy situation."

"1) Didn`t accept Amex and rather than telling me up front, it wouldn`t even
let me clear and switch to MasterCard. I had to delete and reinstall. 2)
Having to enter credit card details every time...when the passenger next to
you on the bus can see everything. It isn`t hard to save this info. 3) You
also don`t have Google/FB API for quick sign-ups. 4) Guessing half an hour
is tricky in traffic. You should be able to figure out where I am and
automatically line up the driver when I got Mona Vale 5) And worst - the
driver didn`t turn up, and you never returned my email for a refund."
