"Notes you leave for the driver are never shared with the driver. I left my exact pickup location for the driver, and the driver still couldn`t find me. Pick up is always 30 minutes to an hour after you schedule to be picked up. Edit: app is nearly impossible to use, do to nearly constant crashing. Whatever shadow updates are being done to this app, are actually severely destabilizing it. I wonder what sadist thought on-demand service in Rochester was a good idea...."

The drop off point has changed its no longer called wegmans connection hub 685 hylan dr Its just 685 hylan dr but whice side now? So far all I tried was scheduling."

"App was fine (better than the old one) but has stopped letting me know about rides on the way and showing me the bus location, so at best I find out when the bus arrived via text. Great fun when the bus is also outside the scheduled window, 0/10 surprise would not recommend. Seriously, give me my trip progress back."
