Vektklubbs nye app gjør det enkelt å registrere kaloriene du spiser og hvor mye du forbrenner gjennom trening. Vi gir deg et menyforslag du kan følge og tusenvis av kaloriberegnede oppskrifter som kan brukes som inspirasjon i hverdagen. Vår tjeneste baserer seg på Helsedirektoratets kostholdsråd og er utviklet i samarbeid med eksperter innen vektnedgang, ernæring og trening siden 2005.
For å komme i gang med appen må du ha et aktivt abonnement i Vektklubb. Start allerede i dag ved å gå inn på https://www.vektklubb.no.
Vektklubb tilbyr:

Slik bruker du dagboken:
1. Trykk på plussikonene for å registrere mat eller trening.
2. Søk etter matvarer, oppskrifter eller aktiviteter.
3) Når du er ferdig med å registrere mat eller aktivitet vil dagboken oppdateres og du ser hvor mange kalorier du har igjen den aktuelle dagen. I dagboken får du en enkel oversikt over alt du har loggført og lar deg også følge utviklingen over tid.
